Use this page to send me tax and accounting documents securely. Files travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are kept on my hosting server outside the public part of my website. I get an email notice without your files attached.
Test only. This is the staging copy of my website. The form checks your files but does not upload, store, or email anything.
Never type a SIN or a full bank, credit card, or investment account number in the message box. Put identifying numbers only inside your documents. If you need to share a SIN, tell me and I will arrange a safer way. The form refuses messages that look like they contain one.
How it works
- Enter your full name and email so I can match the files to your file.
- Choose up to 5 files: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, or CSV, up to 10 MB each and 30 MB in total. Need to send more? Upload again.
- Tick the consent box and press "Send files". Keep this page open until you see your reference number.
What happens next
- I confirm receipt by email or phone within one business day.
- I move your files to your secure client folder. The copy on my web server is deleted automatically within 30 days.
- If something is missing or hard to read, I tell you what to send again.
- Keep your reference number and quote it if you write to me about this upload.
Good to know
- Use a secure connection (the address starts with https) and a device you trust. Avoid public Wi-Fi.
- Remove password protection from files or tell me the password in a separate message by phone.
- This is a one-way drop box for documents. I do not reply through this form. I will contact you using the email or phone you give.
- If a file will not upload, email info@milinchukcpa.com without attachments and I will arrange another way.
Privacy. Files travel over HTTPS. On my hosting server in Canada or the United States they are kept outside the public website, only until I move them to your secure client folder, and they are deleted from the server within 30 days. Please do not email SINs, tax slips, or account numbers. See my Privacy Policy.
