How it works
- A free call to learn how many employees you have, how often, and how they are paid, and which software you use
- A scope and fee confirmed in writing before work starts
- You send hours and changes for each pay period in a secure way that I arrange with you
- I run payroll on your schedule, handle the CRA remittances, ROEs, and WSIB as agreed, and prepare your T4 and T4A slips after year-end
Why payroll deductions matter
Employers must withhold income tax, CPP contributions, and EI premiums from pay, and remit them to the CRA on a set schedule. See the CRA's Employers' Guide, Payroll Deductions and Remittances (T4001) for the rules.
